Mavim mentioned in the Gartner CRM Vendor Guide 2018

Gartner Inc., a leading industry analyst firm has listed digital transformation vendor Mavim as a Representative Vendor in its May 2018 CRM Vendor Guide”*. This vendor guide focused primarily on supporting application leaders in the area of CRM and customer experience with an understanding of the market scope and the tools that comprise it.

The Vendor Guide also provided a number of strategic planning assumptions about the direction of the market, including “By 2020, the CRM application software market will overtake the data management market, thus becoming the largest of all software markets. Gartner expects CRM market growth to be consistently above 10% until 2022, following multiple strong years of investment. The outlook continues to be positive throughout the forecast period, with an overall compound annual growth rate of 13.5% as buyers focus on technologies that enable more targeted customer journeys and interactions in multichannel environments.”

It is precisely this focus on customer journey optimization that gained Mavim recognition in the CRM Vendor Guide under the category “Customer Analytics”.
