Mavim cited as Representative Vendor in Gartner’s Market Guide for Technologies Supporting a Digital Twin of an Organization

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands — July 25, 2018 — Gartner Inc., a leading industry analyst firm has listed digital transformation vendor Mavim as a Representative Vendor in its July 2018 “Market Guide for Technologies Supporting a DTO”*. A DTO is a digital twin of the organization. A digital twin of the organization helps EA and technology innovation leaders prioritize, guide, plan, monitor, analyze and scale complex initiatives.

If you’ve heard of a digital twin before, you’re not alone. They’ve been in use for years in the industrial sector to aid in the optimization and maintenance of physical assets. They connect data from sensors in order to create living digital replicas that change as their counterparts change.

Digital Twin of an Organization takes the same concept and extends it to people, processes and systems. (also know as the foundation of every organization). Connecting this information provides insight into how an organization is deploying its resources and delivering customer value. Think of a DTO like Waze for the Executive Team.
