BOSTON and NOORDWIJK, October 15, 2021—Mavim, a global leader in Business Process Management (BPM) and Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO), today announced their upcoming attendance at the 3rd International Conference on Process Mining (ICPM), October 31st-November 4th in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

ICPM was founded in 2017 after several industry leaders recognized the need and demand for a conference and space dedicated to process mining leaders, individuals, and organizations. This year, the conference will consist of several days of workshops, tool demonstrations, round-tables, supported by industry expert sponsors such as Mavim, Celonis, Signavio, EY, and several others.

As a global leader in process mining software, Mavim will be in attendance the entire week, specifically focused on the 3rd of November, the conference’s Industry Day. On this day, a panel of industry experts will share their experiences of applying process mining in practice and present their best practices

Mavim will present their customer Cargill and the use cases associated with the organization choosing to work with Mavim and Mavim’s process mining software. Cargill’s cocoa & chocolate business  has been working on providing high-quality cocoa and chocolate throughout the world. As it strives to stay a premium cocoa and chocolate supplier, the continuous improvement of the processes and the execution is uncompromising and is always high on the agenda. A decision was taken by Cargill leadership to set up a Process Mapping & Mining Centre of Excellence (CoE) to continue their strategic goal to stay ahead of competition. This CoE was organized to channel all (process) mapping and mining requirements from the business and its departments. Cargill will present their strategic journey  and how they executed setting up a CoE and the first mining exercises on the Order & Contract Management process within its European locations. More details will be presented on Industry Day to show how Cargill’s cocoa & chocolate business is leveraging Mavim’s capabilities to facilitate in their transformation journey.
