UPTIME GUARANTEE

The uptime guarantee provided by Mavim is the same as the uptime guarantee provided by Microsoft. This uptime is guaranteed to be 99.95% outside of maintenance windows which we aim to plan Friday evenings CET, every 6 weeks. For more information about the uptime guarantee of virtual machines in Azure, see: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/sla/virtual-machines/v1_4. All business critical items are redundant.

Performance and scalability: How fast does the system return results? How much will this performance change with higher workloads? The application responds in milisecconds for standard actions like opening a process, adding a process step. The size of the databases has no effect on these actions. Larger actions like generating a version or running a report are depending on the database size. Response times are relying on internet connections. The platform is monitored and if necessary there will be extra resources added before we reach the maximum capacity.  Portability and compatibility: Which hardware, operating systems, browsers, and their versions does the software run on? Does it conflict with other applications and processes? The software runs on the latest versions of: • Azure Webapps • Azure SQL • Azure VM’s • Citrix These should not conflict with any other processes or applications. The application can run in the browser or with the Citrix Reciever application.  There is monitoring in place to check the environment. Because all the components are redundant we can minimize the downtime in case of failures. Update maintenance is done in batches so we always have the minimum of items available.  In case of an failure there is an engineering team available that will react immediately on failures that impact user experience
