Mavim has data processing agreements with all of our partners. Mavim requires its partners to meet the highest standards especially when it comes to security and data protection. As Mavim uses Microsoft Azure to host our software, we benefit from Microsoft's best in class security, privacy and compliance functionalities. Our partners must be:

- Robust SLA which aligns with the Mavim SLA
- 24/7 1st line support
- Monitoring capabilities
- Comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Every employment contract within Mavim contains a confidentiality clause as well as a non-competition clause
- With every customer / partner we have robust NDA's in place
