You will be part of the most experienced team within Mavim. All current members of the Servicedesk are long-time Mavim champions who act as a well-oiled team. We are looking for a positive, tech-savvy professional who enjoys learning new things on a daily basis and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. We serve international customers and partners and are constantly improving our products and services. Ensuring customers receive service with a smile and a quick route to a fix will be part of your day-to-day work. 
 

 

What you will be doing as a Servicedesk Engineer:

  • Engage with customers and partners to answer their questions
  • Classifying and routing questions through the correct channels within Mavim
  • Engage with the rest of the Mavim organization to improve customer experience (e.g. Product Owners, Sales, Value Engineers, customer experience departments)
  • Keeping our customer/partner self-service sources up to date
  • Guiding customers/partners through the Mavim organization (where to find what)
  • Propose improvement projects

 

What you will need to bring to the table:

  • Education MBO+/HBO level, preferably with an IT-component
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Affinity with both functional and technical aspects of software
  • Proficient in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You enjoy working with customers
  • You connect with people easily
  • You can say no with a smile
  • Azure/Cloud experience
  • MS Visio and MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of Dynamics Customer Service Hub and Microsoft Teams is a pre.
