In the course Mavim Manager Level 1 you will be guided through all the major features of Mavim. By completing exercises and learning from use cases, you will learn how Mavim works so that you can apply it in practice.
After following this training, you will be able to independently document process information in Mavim and you will acquire the following knowledge and skills: the structure and layout of Mavim, how to structure information, how to make connections between different information elements, how to create process diagrams in MS Visio, how to create charts from matrices, how to store information accumulated in versions, how to publish the accumulated information as a website or Word document.
The Mavim Portal is a publication environment used to share information with employees, auditors and other stakeholders. During the online Mavim Portal training you will become acquainted with all the functionalities of the Portal that are aimed at simple communication and collaboration.
During this training you will learn to work with the basic functionalities of the Mavim Portal. You will learn: to consume published information in the Mavim Portal, to provide feedback on any desired subject, to respond to feedback from others, to conduct a dialogue with other Mavim users, to subscribe to information and to create hyperlinks.
During this course we will teach you how to use the Mavim Process Mining module to analyze process-related transactional data and recognize the improvement potential in your business processes. If you already have experience with Process Mining, we still recommend that you follow this module, so that you get used to our terminology and our vision on Process Mining.
