You will find tons of answers to your most difficult questions - and of course, our Service Desk Team is still available to support you if you can't find what you are looking for.
By logging in to the My Mavim Self-Service Portal, you will gain access to a wide array of content (from how-to demo videos, to our knowledge base, and the Mavim Academy). You will also be able to do things like check your training & consultancy credit, understand the latest product releases available, and adjust any account information.
On the My Mavim Self Service Portal, you can:
- Plan in training & consultancy hours
- Submit and follow the status of tickets
- Adjust account settings (including newsletter opt-in)
- Find the latest information about product releases
- Submit product wishes
