- Data Residency: Customer-defined Azure region (EU default: West Europe).
- No Cross-Customer Training: Models are not trained on customer data. Mavim uses Azure AI models for structuring the responses. The responses are grounded on the process content Customers developed in Mavim and does not involve any web or cross customer data training.
- EU AI Act Compliance: Adheres to Articles 6, 9, 15, and 16 for high-risk AI systems.
- Microsoft Responsible AI: Built using Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard and tools.
How is Mavim ConversAI deployed?
Deployment involves:

- Mavim Improve module for index creation.
- Azure AD federation via Mavim Connect Center (MCC).
- Role-based access control (RBAC) configuration.
- Setup Steps:
- Assign Improve Admin and AI Add-On licenses via MCC.
- Index process content using Improve.
- Configure ConversAI endpoints and permissions.
